new yarn, new needles, new day!!

Just bought this type of variegated yarn yesterday. now my only question is what to make out of it.

got some of this super thick purple yarn as well. thinking of making it into a scarf with stripes of

this yarn as well.I'll just have to hunt up some patterns and go from there...

First blanket-in-progress

This is the first five squares of a blanket that I am making for my son. If I ever do get better at it :) I'll make another one and one in pink/camo. I'll post the finished product whenever I do finally finish it. Knitting the squares take longer to make into a blanket then knitting strips. but hopefully it'll look better once it is completely finished.

First Post.

This is my first post on my new blog. I have a Craven's Craft blog over on Wordpress but I thought I would put one on this blog as well.  I named my business Craven's Crafts because 1. Craven is my last name and 2. I do not just make friendship bracelets. I also knit and might venture into making other crafts as well..
